The 16 Acre Owlsbury site was purchased by Crowborough Town Council in April 2008 to use as allotments and to house other as yet undecided community projects and facilities.  There are now over 200 plots cut on the site which has turned into a successful and vibrant community of allotment holders ranging from the complete beginner to the seasoned expert.
