Whether you like the solitude of your own hobby and escape, or something to occupy the whole family, an allotment is definitely something to consider.

According to a study by the University of Sheffield, allotment gardening can boost your wellbeing and connect you with others. Tending to your own patch can help you feel more relaxed and connected to nature, which can be especially beneficial during times of stress.

Wild Flowers

It doesn’t have to be fruit and veg, you can make it your away from home garden, whether you already have a garden or not.

Exercise

Digging, planting, and weeding are all great forms of exercise that can help you stay active and healthy.
