1. Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how OATS uses any personal data that we hold about you.

2. The data we hold is: name, address (optional), telephone number (optional) and email address.

3. We use this information to contact members about annual membership, offer and events, and will never share it with 3rd parties.

4. Data is securely stored in a dedicated Microsoft account & on the Wix web hosting platform.  Access is restricted to our Secretary, Membership Secretary, Treasurer & web administrator.

5. Data is deleted when an individual ceases to be a member or at the request of the member.

6. Your rights under the GDPR with regards to data collected are:
